I became a Realtor in 2010. I love my job! There is something magical about putting someone in a home. Over the years I have been consulted many times about the things that are necessary to make a house “market ready.” I noted with my listings that the ones that were the cleanest, with staged decorating, were the ones that sold the most quickly and for the highest price. I felt so confident of the importance of home staging that I would often pay for it for my sellers. I spent thousands of dollars paying stagers to come in and make a home beautiful. My sellers appreciated it, but this was not cost effective for me. I also noticed that sometimes the furniture was not good quality and scheduling could be difficult. I started collecting my own pieces. I soon had to get a storage unit...and then another. I read journal articles and took many staging classes. In 2022 I began the Interior Design Program at Dallas College. I began to better incorporate Color Theory and Design Functionality. I became proficient at making a home look market ready and decided to offer my services not just for my sellers, but market the business for others. My pricing is fair and reasonable and my pieces are good quality. My son and nephews are the labor and we are a family unit that takes pride in our ability to make a home beautiful.
